Where our jewelry is made

Our jewelry was created by Delphine Crechriou and handcrafted by our artisan jewelers in
France, China and India.

Our materials

- 18, 14 and 9 carat gold
- 925 silver
- Diamonds
- Precious and semi-precious stones, mainly from India.

Certificate of authenticity

Our jewelry is delivered with its certificate of authenticity. All our jewelry is hallmarked.

Guarantee of our jewelry

All jewelry purchased is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase mentioned on your invoice.
Jewelry warranties only cover material defects or manufacturing defects.
If it is established that your jewelry contains a material or manufacturing defect, we will then define the replacement, substitution or repair procedure depending on the availability of spare parts or products, or the possible execution
repairs.
Non-application of warranty
Your jewelry warranty does not cover the following:
1.- Deformations linked to hanging, stretching, improper use, lack of attention,
accident or normal wear and tear, or the intervention of a third party.
2.- Damage caused by the use of chemical substances (perfumes, lotions, household products).
3.- Replacement of any element.
In cases relating to the non-application of our guarantee or if your guarantee has expired, our
workshop remains at your disposal. A quote on the amount of repairs
necessary will be communicated to you by our experts before any intervention on
your product. No repairs will be carried out without acceptance of the quote.

Regarding silver jewelry, tarnishing is not covered by the warranty because it is not a
manufacturing defect: these are materials that oxidize naturally over time on contact with air, humidity and skin.

We recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with a chamois cloth. In order to avoid as much as possible
oxidation, keep your jewelry in a closed case away from air.
Avoid any contact with chemical substances (sun creams, perfumes, lotions, etc.) which may alter its appearance. We also advise you to remove your jewelry during sporting activities in order to
